A welcoming and high-achieving 3-form entry Primary School in Southend-on-Sea is seeking a Year 3 Primary Teacher or Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their vibrant team from September 2025.

This is a permanent, full-time position with the contract issued directly by the school.

What You Need

* UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – applications from ECTs are encouraged

* Evidence (or potential) of delivering ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ teaching

* A positive attitude and commitment to professional growth
