Library & Academic Skills Facilitator

Salary: £27,936 - £32,236

The Library & Academic Skills Facilitator will support study skills delivery to help learners progress. They will provide group sessions on key study skills, deliver one-to‑one support, work with Progress Coaches and tutors to monitor learner progress, and contribute to the library service. The role requires strong IT skills, the ability to use educational technologies, and a passion for empowering learners.

• Qualified to a Level 3 or above
• Proven experience of learner support in an educational context
• Experience delivering training and engaging support sessions
• Knowledge of learning strategies and differentiation to support learner progress
• Effective use of technologies to support learning
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills at Level 2 or above
• Proficient in MS Office, Google applications, and the internet
• Demonstrated passion for empowering and enabling young people
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and enthusiasm
