Site Engineer – Taunton / M5 Corridor up to Bristol

Groundworks & Civil Engineering

Full-time £45,000 - £55,000 + Benefits

RGB Recruitment is excited to be working with a leading groundworks and civil engineering contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Site Engineer to join their team.

This role will see you supporting projects along the M5 corridor – from Taunton through to Bristol – playing a key part in the successful delivery of schemes across the region.

• Setting out for foundations, drainage, roads and external works
• Liaising with project teams, site managers and subcontractors
• Checking drawings, plans and quantities
• Producing as-built records and maintaining accurate site data
• Promoting and upholding safety, quality, and environmental standards

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer within groundworks or civil engineering
• Proficiency with robotic total stations and setting out equipment
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent attention to detail
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively

• Familiarity with Trimble equipment and software
