Civils Estimator - Broughshane

Broughshane | Full-Time, Permanent | £45,000 (DOE) First Choice Selection Services is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of Moores Concrete for an experienced Civils Estimator to join their established Estimating Team in Broughshane. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and commercially minded individual with a background in civil engineering and estimating to play a key role in securing and delivering projects across the civil engineering sector.

Working closely with the Lead Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing tender submissions, and building strong relationships with clients and contractors.

Key Responsibilities ? Prepare accurate cost estimates from drawings, specifications and Bills of Quantities. ? Complete and submit tender documentation within required deadlines. ? Price and secure projects within the civil engineering market. ? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders. ? Attend client meetings and provide commercial and technical support where required. ? Liaise with internal departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

? Provide regular updates on project progress, tender activity and order status. ? Assist in resolving technical queries and identifying practical project solutions. What We Need From You Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent industry experience Previous estimating experience within the civil engineering or construction sector. Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering information.
