Financial Controller

This well-established and ambitious company offers a collaborative environment with a strong growth trajectory. Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Financial Controller will play a crucial role in shaping financial strategy and ensuring robust financial management across the organisation.

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in a similar role
• Proven expertise in management accounting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and hands‑on experience in developing and analysing management accounts
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders
• Leadership experience with a track record of managing and mentoring finance teams
• High attention to detail, well‑organised, and proactive in approach

• Take full management responsibility for the finance team, ensuring all deadlines are achieved with accuracy and efficiency
• Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and reporting
• Provide strategic financial insights and reporting to support decision‑making
• Support the growth and development of the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Gain exposure to M&A activities.
