Finance Manager

Plan and direct the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, accounting, and other pertinent finance matters.

Managing the company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems through developing financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk.

• Oversee all day‑to‑day finance operations, including ledgers, reporting, and compliance.
• Produce accurate monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and KPI insights.
• Manage cashflow, monitor trends, and provide financial guidance to senior leadership.
• Coordinate external audits and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
• Lead and develop a small finance team, ensuring high standards and strong controls.
• Maintain and enhance financial systems, processes, and internal controls.
• Ensure the business meets all statutory and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will be an experienced finance professional who has managed a full finance function and is confident working closely with senior leadership. You'll be technically strong, highly organised, comfortable leading a small team, and able to deliver accurate reporting within tight deadlines. You enjoy improving processes, strengthening controls, and taking ownership of core financial operations.
