MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a solicitors based in Belfast who is seeking a Legal Accounts Assistant on a either full time or part time, permanent basis. Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

Processing daily entries into the firm's legal accounting software Performing daily bank reconciliations for all client and office accounts to ensure exact matches Handling electronic transactions, including the keying of bank payments Allocating incoming funds and cross-referencing same to the correct client files Processing incoming and outgoing cheques and cash, preparing bank deposits, and paying suppliers Checking and posting of all invoices and client bills raised by fee earners Reviewing completion statements for property transactions to confirm financial accuracy Recording and reconciling disbursements such as searches and other third party fees Assisting with credit control by monitoring aged debtors What You Need to Succeed?
