Finance Manager

Finance Manager - Ballymena MCS Group is delighted to be partnered with a global manufacturing business seeking to appoint a Finance Manager to join its growing finance team. Operating at the forefront of sustainable technology, the organisation continues to invest heavily in innovation, expansion, and operational excellence as it works towards ambitious growth targets. The Opportunity Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will take ownership of the finance function for a key division of the business.

This role offers excellent exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence strategic and operational decision making within a fast paced manufacturing environment. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business, providing financial insight and analysis while supporting continued growth and operational performance. This position would suit a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working beyond the numbers and wants to make a tangible impact within a dynamic organisation.

The Role
* Deliver detailed variance analysis and performance reporting
* Review manufacturing and operational costings to support business performance
* Provide financial insight and support to senior stakeholders across the organisation
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting processes
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance and operational functions

The Person
* Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent accountant
* Experience influencing and supporting senior stakeholders
* Commercially aware with the ability to understand wider business objectives
