Financial Services Administrator Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a well-established financial services firm based in Belfast to recruit for a Mortgage Administrator. The Client Our client is a growing and close-knit financial planning practice, with a strong team of Financial Advisors and administrative support staff. With a collaborative culture and a steady flow of business, they offer a supportive environment where individuals can develop and progress their careers within financial services.

Due to internal progression, they are now looking to bring in a Mortgage Administrator to support their advisory team.

The Role Working closely with Mortgage Advisors, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end mortgage process, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey for clients. Duties will include:
Processing mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to completion Liaising with lenders, solicitors and clients to gather required documentation Managing client files and ensuring all compliance documentation is accurate and up to date Supporting advisors with case progression and pipeline management Handling client queries and providing a high level of customer service throughout the process
