IFA Administrator

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a highly regarded Chartered Financial Planning firm based in Meriden.

This is a great opportunity for an IFA Administrator looking to develop their technical knowledge, gain exposure to more complex financial planning and build a long-term career within wealth management.

You'll join an established support team working alongside experienced Advisers and Paraplanners within a genuinely supportive and collaborative environment.

The firm has a strong track record of developing its people, with members of the wider team progressing internally into Paraplanning and senior positions.

The Role As an IFA Administrator, you'll provide dedicated administrative support to a Senior Financial Adviser helping to manage the full client journey and ensuring clients receive a first-class service.

You'll work closely with Advisers, Paraplanners and the wider operations team, supporting complex financial planning cases and ensuring all administration is completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide dedicated administration support to a Senior Financial Adviser / Director Manage the end-to-end administration process across the client journey Prepare and process new business across pensions, investments and protection Liaise with clients, providers and internal teams Obtain policy information and valuations and support client queries Maintain accurate client records using Intelligent Office (IO) Support estate and wealth planning activities for a high-net-worth client base Prepare documentation for client meetings, reviews and ongoing servicing Work closely with Paraplanners to ensure smooth progression of client cases Ensure all administration meets FCA requirements and internal compliance standards About You The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience as an IFA Administrator within an IFA, wealth management or financial planning environment Experience supporting Financial Advisers and managing client administration processes Knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products Confidence liaising with clients, providers and internal teams Experience using Intelligent Office (IO) or a similar CRM system Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail A proactive approach with the ability to manage a varied workload A genuine desire to continue developing within financial services What's on
