Commercial Finance Manager - 4 Month FTC - £75,000 pro rata

- Immediate Start We are working with a large, well-established retailer looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Finance Manager on an initial 4-month fixed-term contract . This is a highly visible role partnering with senior stakeholders across the business, providing commercial insight, challenging performance and helping drive better financial and operational decision-making.

The role:

You will take ownership of key areas of commercial finance, including:
Partnering with senior operational and commercial stakeholders. Providing high-quality analysis and insight to support business decisions. Reviewing performance against budget and forecast, identifying risks and opportunities. Supporting forecasting, budgeting and longer-term financial planning. Developing reporting and analysis around revenue, margin, costs and profitability. Challenging stakeholders and helping translate financial information into clear commercial actions. Supporting ad hoc projects and business initiatives across the finance function.

The person:
We are looking for a qualified accountant ( ACA / ACCA / CIMA ) with strong commercial finance and business partnering experience. You will ideally have worked within a large, complex consumer-facing business , with retail, hospitality, leisure or a similar multi-site environment particularly relevant. You should be comfortable working at pace, dealing with senior stakeholders and quickly getting to grips with a new business.

This role requires someone who can start immediately or at very short notice .
