Finance Team Manager Leeds, £40,000 plus Benefits Robert Half Finance & Accounting are delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation in Leeds to recruit a Finance Team Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional with strong leadership skills and a background in finance operations, reconciliations, and payments. Leading a team responsible for bank reconciliations and money transfers, you will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement.

The Role As Finance Team Manager, you will oversee the day to day activities of the Bank Reconciliation and Money Transfer team, providing leadership, support, and direction to ensure high levels of performance and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a finance operations team Oversee bank reconciliation and money transfer activities Ensure transactions are processed accurately and efficiently Manage team performance, workloads, and service standards Resolve complex financial and operational issues Maintain robust financial controls and regulatory compliance Liaise with banking providers and internal stakeholders Support audits, system testing, and finance-related projects Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiencies Provide support and cover for senior management when required About You You will bring:

Experience with in finance operations, transnational finance, or a regulated financial environment Previous supervisory or people management experience Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations, payments, and financial controls A track record of improving processes and driving efficiencies Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach Experience using finance systems and Microsoft Office applications What's on Offer?
