About you Hold an RTPI accredited planning qualification or an equivalent recognised by a professional body such as IPI or RICS (P&D) Demonstrate relevant experience in planning or regeneration environments Possess a full UK driving licence or access to suitable transportation Capable of providing strategic planning advice and conducting land asset evaluations What you'll do Support Social Housing Development Programmes by identifying and supporting schemes in areas of housing need Engage in land asset activities, including evaluation, estate studies, and planning applications Contribute to housing-led regeneration and support delivery of mixed-use, mixed-tenure neighbourhoods Conduct site identification and feasibility studies focusing on high demand and rural areas Provide town planning advice and prepare housing market analyses and need statements For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact Cian France in strict confidence today.
