This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Home Manager located in Ballymena. The Home Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the care home, ensuring high‑quality care and services for residents. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining compliance with established policies and standards, fostering a safe, supportive environment, handling administrative duties, managing budgets, and proactively addressing resident needs to enhance their well‑being.

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Experience in healthcare management, including compliance and quality assurance
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills
• Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and standards for care homes
• Compassionate and patient‑centered approach to care
• Relevant qualifications in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field (e.g., NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent) are highly desirable
• Previous experience in a healthcare leadership role is advantageous
