The Home Rose Court is a professional, person-centred care and nursing home situated in Ballymena. This spacious home provides a range of specialist care services for older people, including residential, dementia and general nursing. We are proud of our high standards and values in providing care with the utmost dignity and respect. Our kind and compassionate care teams not only provide 24 hour care, they also share their good company, companionship and assistance whenever required, to ensure that residents feel listened to and supported, whatever their needs and wishes may be. The light and spacious, private bedrooms are beautifully furnished, all with en-suite facilities. The home, which is designed to enable those we care for to maintain their independence in a safe environment, has excellent amenities, including a café, comfortable lounges and dining spaces within which residents can relax and socialise.

Residents are very welcome to bring their own home accessories and furniture, to personalise their space and make it their home.

About the role:

This is a night shift role. As a Care Team Leader at Kathryn Homes, you'll be all about professionalism, kindness, and compassion. The Care Team Leader role requires you to plan and provide high-quality care that makes our residents feel safe, respected, and independent. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring they are keeping up with the highest care standards.

Keeping accurate records and communicating well with your colleagues are key parts of your role. Our Care Team Leaders also support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, giving physical, social, and emotional care to residents.
