• Keep up to 85% of the revenue you generate

• 2+ years as an agency recruiter, focused on roles within the Pharmaceutical industry
• Passion for business development and winning new clients
• Strong negotiation skills and proven track record in closing deals
• Clients to work with straight away and a targeted list of companies for the next six months
• Proven ability to forecast accurately on revenue generation
• Entrepreneurial attitude and ambitious plans to scale
