Position – Contractor Recruiter – AI/ML

Location – Fully Remote

Earnings – £200,000 - £240,000 / year

We are creating an accelerated network of recruiters which is growing at a rate of ten new recruiters each month. The network is built on an AI powered platform that cuts out any CV screening so you can spend more time with clients and closing deals, and less time doing admin.

We want to speak to ambitious and hungry Contractor Recruiters who are looking to 10x their earning potential.

• Keep up to 85% of the revenue you generate.
• Fully funded contractor book – compliance, payrolling and timesheets.
• Access to our ATS, CRM System and full back‑office support.
• We provide you with various AI sourcing tools including our bespoke platform that will deliver live candidates that have been pre‑screened.
• Bespoke business development campaigns so you can acquire the clients that you need to meet your business goals.
• Earn 50% commission on roles that you sell to the network.
• Enrolment in the Myn Training Academy.

• 2+ years as an agency contract recruiter, focused on roles within the Fintech / AI or Blockchain industries.
• Passion for business development and winning new clients.
• Strong negotiation skills and proven track record in closing deals.
• Clients that you can work with straight away and a targeted list of companies you want to target in the next six months.
• Proven ability to forecast accurately on revenue generation.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and ambitious plans to scale.
