Key responsibilities Employee Relations Expertise & Advisory Complex Case Management Employee Relations Governance & Quality Assurance Policy Development & Legislative Compliance Knowledge Management, Training & Capability Building Employee Relations Resources & Documentation Essential skills & experience Extensive ER case management experience Employment law knowledge Complex investigation experience Policy development experience Manager coaching and training Stakeholder influencing at senior level CIPD Level 5 or equivalent Governance and quality assurance experience The Benefits:
