Overview
Workflow Integration Engineer with a technical background to streamline operations through automation at Yoto (Hybrid, Yoto HQ - UK).
What you’ll be doing- Design and exploit API integrations to connect platforms and systems (Shopify, Amazon, Net Suite); ensure integrations are secure, scalable and maintainable.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing integrations to minimise downtime and disruption.
- Perform regular health checks and maintenance on integrations for continuous operation.
- Collaborate with all Yoto departments to understand workflows and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Engage with external stakeholders to streamline processes and improve system interoperability.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage tools that automate and optimise workflows across the organisation; ensure tools are user-friendly and provide training as needed.
- Continuously monitor workflows to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement; implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Develop and manage a tiered system for workflow automation (Tier 1: self-help/training; Tier 2: in-house development; Tier 3: external development consultants).
- Strong experience in designing and developing API integrations.
- Net Suite expertise.
- Proficiency with ecommerce systems such as Shopify.
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Celigo or Boomi.
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve integration issues quickly.
- Ability to think critically and strategically to optimise workflows.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement.
- Commitment to staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in integration and workflow automation.

Salary£65,000 - £75,000 based on experience
What you can expect from Yoto- Flexibility: Hybrid working with a choice-based approach; minimum in-office presence once or twice a month, ideally weekly. Work from anywhere policy for up to 6 weeks per year. Summer Hours policy from June to August.
