I am exclusively partnering with a deep-tech security scale-up that is redefining the Application Security (App Sec) landscape.

While traditional scanners are spellcheckers catching simple syntax errors, this business has built an AI Virtual Hacker. Their engine understands business logic, it predicts how a human attacker would chain exploits to break an API, and then it launches those attacks safely within the CI/CD pipeline to prove the vulnerability exists.

They have recently secured significant Seed funding and now need a Product Strategist to ready this technology for the global enterprise market.

You will be the Founding CPO, partnering directly with the technical founders to transition the business from deep tech tool to enterprise platform.

• You will work with the research team to translate complex attack vectors into automated, one-click product features that developers can use without being security experts
• You understand that a vulnerability is only valuable if it is real. You will obsess over building a product that proves the exploit instantly for every bug found
• You will bridge the gap between Hacker Tech and CISO Value; defining the packaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategy to sell automated Red Teaming to UK/US enterprises
• You will champion the Shift-Left philosophy. You know that if the tool adds friction, developers will kill it. You will ensure the UX is seamless, integrating directly into Jira, Git Hub, and CI/CD workflows

We are looking for a Red Team Product Leader. You might not be a pentester yourself, but you understand their mindset and the tools they use.

• You know the difference between a bug and an exploit chain. You understand why tools like Burp Suite or Metasploit are the gold standard, and you want to bring that level of rigour to an automated platform
• You have a track record in B2B SaaS Product Management, ideally within Cybersecurity or Dev Tools
• You have taken a technical product from Seed to Series A/B. You thrive in ambiguity and high-growth environments.

• You are not building another generic scanner. You are defining the category of 'Continuous AI Red Teaming'
• You will be the commercial face of the product in London, holding a seat at the top table with the Founders
• This role comes with a significant equity stake, reflecting your status as a key founding executive.
