We are looking for a Quality Reporting and Systems Lead to design, deliver, and continually enhance the tools and insights that drive rapid quality improvement across the College. You will collaborate with Curriculum Area Managers, Heads of Faculty, Assistant Principals, Apprenticeship Managers, the Systems Development team, and MIS to ensure our dashboards, reporting platforms, and quality systems are robust, intuitive, and action focused.

An experienced professional who can lead the development and effective use of performance reporting and quality systems across FE, HE, and Apprenticeships. You will combine technical knowhow (dashboards, reporting, ALPs, Strata, TLA systems) with strong stakeholder engagement and training delivery, helping leaders and curriculum teams use data proactively to monitor performance and plan improvement.
Challenges- Driving adoption and impact:
Supporting leaders and managers across diverse provisions not only to access dashboards but use insights to inform timely actions. - Aligning stakeholders and systems:
Working with curriculum leaders, MIS and Systems Development teams to build tools that are consistent, accurate, and easy to use. - Managing intelligence and risk:
Analysing performance to spot trends and risks early then presenting clear, evidence-based recommendations that lead to improvement. - Keeping ahead of innovation:
Leveraging emerging practice and AI to improve reporting, benchmarking, and quality assurance approaches.
- Support the development of performance dashboards and reporting platforms that enable rapid quality improvement, with ongoing monitoring and iteration.
- Provide training for leaders, managers, and teaching teams on the effective use of HE, FE, and Apprenticeship data and dashboards (including ALPs, dashboards, TLA systems, Strata, and new/emerging tools).
- Support curriculum teams to use reports and dashboards proactively to identify trends and inform quality improvement planning.
- Analyse data to identify areas of risk across provisions and courses, sharing findings and recommendations with the Quality Reporting and Compliance Manager.
- Administrate the college complaints process for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Provide support, guidance and development for colleagues across the college on relevant quality activities across all provisions.
- Actively seek innovative practice in performance data reporting and the use of AI.
- Support production of quality reports (termly, end-of-year, and ad hoc), including analysis and presentation of statistical data.
- Analyse outcomes and trends alongside regional and national releases where appropriate.
- Contribute to wider Quality functions as required, working as part of the wider Quality Team.

- The ideal candidate will be an analytical, detail driven and collaborative professional with a strong track record of working with complex data, systems, and quality processes. You will bring:
- Evidence of complex data analysis and evaluation, producing concise, accurate reports that draw out clear insights for a wide range of audiences.
- Strong Excel expertise, including analysis of large datasets to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Experience using wider data and performance software (e.g., Power Apps, Power BI) to develop tracking and monitoring systems and processes.
- Experience using AI tools for data analysis, compiling reports, or streamlining business processes.
- Experience supporting or coordinating business processes that drive quality improvement.
- Experience providing guidance, support and training to other staff on systems, processes or quality activities.
