IT Marketing Project Manager; part-time

• Commitment:
  Part-time, 4 hours per day (Monday—Friday)
• Team Composition: 1PO, Scrum Master, Account Manager, dev team, designer team

• Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to project management

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of website builds and booking engine setups
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and methodologies
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
  
  Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
• Support sales activities with project insights, reporting, and client presentations

• 3+ years of experience in IT marketing project management
• 3+ years of experience working with Scrum methodology
• Experience with web development, CMS platforms, integrations, Jira, and Agile/Scrum practices
• Previous experience in the hospitality sector or digital agencies
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
• Background in website delivery and/or client onboarding processes
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
