East Pizzas is a fast‑scaling Scottish food brand across D2C ecommerce (Shopify), B2B wholesale, retail distribution and food service partnerships. We’ve recently brought brand and content fully in‑house and are now looking for a senior performance specialist to take ownership of paid acquisition and scalable revenue growth. This is a commercially focused role with clear accountability and real autonomy.

• Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax)
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Tik Tok Ads & Tik Tok Shop
• Linked In (B2B lead generation)

• Driving profitable revenue growth across B2C and B2B
• Improving blended ROAS and lowering CAC
• Building scalable acquisition funnels
• Structuring a strong B2B lead generation engine
• Implementing clean attribution (GA4, pixels, reporting discipline)
• Leading creative testing alongside our in‑house content lead

You’ll work directly with the Founder and have the freedom to shape channel strategy and budget allocation.

• Has 5+ years hands‑on paid media experience
• Has managed £1m+ annual ad spend
• Has scaled Shopify ecommerce brands
• Has real Tik Tok performance experience
• Understands B2B lead generation
• Is commercially sharp and comfortable being measured on results

We’re ideally looking for an experienced independent operator who enjoys working closely with founders and building something long term.
