I’m exclusively partnered with a high-growth, award-winning tech startup building advanced trust, identity, and privacy solutions at the forefront of AI and decentralised technology.

They’re entering an exciting new phase — preparing for Series A funding and significant scale-up and are looking for a Senior Dev Ops Engineer to take real ownership of their infrastructure as they grow.

This is a hands‑on, senior role reporting to the Head of Engineering, with full autonomy over Dev Ops strategy, tooling, and cloud architecture. You’ll be instrumental in building scalable, secure, multi‑cloud infrastructure that can support rapid expansion post–Series A.

• Designing and operating production‑grade Kubernetes across AWS, GCP & Azure
• Owning Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred) & Git Ops practices
• Building and optimising CI/CD pipelines (ArgoCD, Jenkins, Circle
  
  CI, etc.)
• Implementing zero‑trust security, IAM, secrets management & compliance (ISO
  27001, PCI‑DSS)
• Leading observability strategy (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) with SLO‑driven reliability
• Driving resilience, scalability and cost optimisation across multi‑cloud

• Fully remote (UK‑based)
• Salary up to £100k (with plans for shares further down line)

• 5+ years in Dev Ops / SRE roles
• Strong multi‑cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure), they mainly use GCP & AWS
• Terraform & automation (Python, Bash or Go)
• Proven startup experience — comfortable in fast‑moving, evolving environments
• Someone who wants ownership, accountability and impact
