Senior Technical Project Manager – Digital Programs 🔹 About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager (TPM) to coordinate and drive a complex Digital program with multiple parallel streams. The program includes two strategic RFPs
, as well as adoption of new processes across engineering teams
.

This role requires a strong delivery‑focused leader who can operate across technology, governance, and change
, ensuring alignment between business stakeholders, vendors, and engineering teams.

• Lead and coordinate a Digital transformation program with multiple work streams and interdependencies
• Drive process adoption and change management across engineering and delivery teams
• Establish and run program governance
  , including planning, milestones, risk/issue management, and reporting
• Coordinate with senior stakeholders, engineering leaders, and external partners to ensure alignment and execution
• Manage MiM (Management in Motion) / governance forums to support decision‑making and delivery cadence
• Ensure outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic objectives

• Strong project and program management experience in Digital / Technology environments
• Proven experience leading RFPs in a technology or digital context
• Hands‑on experience with change management and process adoption
• Experience working with engineering teams (product, platform, or digital delivery teams)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple parallel streams and complex dependencies
• Strong governance mindset with practical execution focus
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, evolving environments
• Able to influence without direct authority at senior levels

• Senior profile with 10+ years of experience in Technical Project / Program Management
• Background in large-scale Digital, Platform, or Engineering‑led transformations is highly desirable

• Experience with enterprise‑scale Digital or Platform programs
• Familiarity with formal change management frameworks
• Experience working in global or multi‑location delivery setups
