Senior Technical Project Manager – SAP SoD

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager with mandatory SAP Segregation of Duties (SoD / DoD) experience to lead a critical compliance initiative.

The role will initially focus on coordinating and managing an RFP within the SAP Compliance / SoD domain
, followed by end‑to‑end implementation of the selected solution
. This is a high‑visibility role requiring strong SAP knowledge, structured governance, and experience working with compliance, audit, and IT stakeholders.

• Lead and coordinate the RFP process for SAP Segregation of Duties / Compliance solutions
  , including:
• Requirements gathering with IT, Security, Risk, Audit, and Business teams
• Vendor coordination, evaluation workshops, scoring, and recommendation
• Own end‑to‑end project delivery for the selected SAP SoD solution, from initiation through implementation and go‑live
• Establish and manage project governance
  , including milestones, RAID, dependencies, and executive reporting
• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, SAP functional/technical teams, and external vendors
• Ensure alignment with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory expectations
• Drive change management, stakeholder communication, and handover to BAU/support teams

• Hands‑on experience with SAP Segregation of Duties (SoD / DoD) –
  mandatory
• Strong understanding of SAP landscapes (ECC and/or S/4
  
  HANA) from a governance and compliance perspective
• Experience with SAP GRC / Access Control / SoD tooling or equivalent SAP compliance solutions
• Proven ability to manage RFPs and vendor selection within SAP or compliance domains
• Solid project management skills: scope, schedule, budget, RAID, governance, and stakeholder management

• 10+ years of overall IT / SAP project or program management experience
• Senior profile with direct experience delivering SAP compliance or SoD‑focused initiatives
• Strong background working in regulated or audit‑driven environments
• Comfortable operating with senior stakeholders across IT, Risk, Security, Compliance, and Audit

• Experience specifically delivering SAP SoD / GRC implementations
• PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification
• Experience working with global or multi‑country SAP programs
