We are working on an exciting opportunity with a Business Insights Platform; they are hiring for a Data & BI Manager to join their growing team.

This organisation supports thousands of UK SMEs and advisors with expert-led tax, legal, and regulatory guidance.

Subscription-led and digitally evolving, they combine deep domain expertise with modern data and product innovation to help businesses navigate complexity with confidence.

An opportunity for an experienced Data & BI Manager to take ownership of the company’s data strategy and BI capability.

You’ll lead governance, CRM integrity, and executive reporting, working cross-functionally to drive smarter commercial decision-making across sales, marketing, editorial, and product.

This is a strategic, hands-on role shaping how data fuels growth, performance, and digital innovation within a subscription-led business.

Key attributes of the suitable Data & BI Manager include:

• Proven experience owning and delivering data strategy within a commercial environment, with strong expertise in data governance, quality management, and UK GDPR compliance.
• Advanced technical capability across Salesforce CRM and Power BI
  , with experience integrating CRM, marketing, ecommerce, and analytics platforms to deliver accurate, automated, and commercially meaningful reporting. (SQL is also desirable)
• Commercially astute and stakeholder-focused
  , able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insight that influences senior decision-making - ideally within a subscription, publishing, or information-led business.
