An exciting opportunity has now arisen within Mid and West Antrim Agency based in Ballymena.  
** About the role
** As a Customer Service Adviser, you will contribute to the effective and efficient running of the agency, identifying and pursuing opportunities to contribute to the achievement of targets including sales and lead generation for general insurance and lead generation for financial services together with meeting customer service standards:  
• Review and process amendments to policies arising from changes to cover and circumstance, seeking opportunities for  cross-selling, meeting customer service standards and ensuring cover is appropriate.  
• Deliver and contribute to the effective and efficient running of the agency including managing and directing  correspondence, processing renewals and processing policy amendments.  
• Maintain customer relationships, to enhance and protect NFU Mutual’s reputation and brand.  
• To sell, within licensed authority, motor and home products, ensuring compliance with sales quality and advice standards.  
• Check, process and manage accounting transactions, including premium collection and policy cancellation.  
• Maintain own knowledge and skills to sell professionally and compliantly, delivering a consistently good experience to  customers to meet the requirements and standards of NFU Mutual and the agency.  
** About you*
* • Candidates will demonstrate drive, energy and enthusiasm required to promote a positive learning environment and sales culture.  
• Candidates will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English at Grade C or above.  
• An understanding of agriculture would be beneficial but not essential.
