Due to retirement and the continued expansion of our conveyancing and probate department, we are seeking a capable and experienced solicitor. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years PQE and be able to confidently manage their own caseload with support from secretarial staff. The successful candidate will handle all conveyancing matters such as residential sales/purchases, re–mortgages, and transfers of equity, and will manage private clients in wills, EPAs, probate, and estate planning while maintaining an existing commercial client base.
