As a Freight Forwarder, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end freight operations, managing both import and export shipments and ensuring clients receive top-tier service and communication at every stage.

• Coordinate full-cycle import/export operations
• Liaise with global shipping lines, hauliers, and customers
• Prepare customs documentation and manage clearance processes
• Track and monitor shipments, resolving any issues proactively
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations
• Monday to Friday (office-based role)

• Previous experience in freight forwarding
• Strong understanding of international shipping & Incoterms
• Familiarity with customs procedures and documentation
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments
• Strong communication skills and customer service approach
