Stock Administrator​/ Coordinator

A leading FMCG producer in Ballymena is recruiting a permanent Planning Coordinator to support production, stock control and supply chain activity within a small office-based team. Duties within will include;
Ensure stock and materials are available to meet customer orders Coordinate goods movement between production and internal/external customers Manage stock levels, shortages and surplus volumes Maintain production plans and supply schedules Monitor deliveries, resolve supply chain issues and support continuous improvement Liaise with sites, factory teams and technical departments as required What we are looking for Essential criteria:
Microsoft Office skills, accuracy, attention to detail, strong communication, relationship-building skills and a proactive, flexible approach to problem solving. Desirable:
Manufacturing experience, Level 2 Food Safety, customer focus and knowledge of hazard/near-miss reporting
