We are hiring for our client, a well-established and growing manufacturing organisation, who are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Ballymena. This Maintenance Engineer role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and forward-thinking business with a strong focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement. The successful Maintenance Engineer will play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability, minimising downtime, and supporting production efficiency.

Up to £47,000 (DOE) Overtime Monday-Friday earlies & lates (no nights) Stable, well-established production environment
The Role:
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across production equipment
* Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance
* Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime
* Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
* Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety standards
The Person :
* Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer
* Strong mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding experience
* Experience with in a manufacturing or industrial setting
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proactive approach to maintenance and problem-solving The Reward:
* Salary up to £47,000 (DOE)
