Join our retail teams to be the friendly face our customers see as they walk into one of our stores. Where it’s our job to connect with our customers, helping them to get the most out of their technology, whilst providing an outstanding and memorable experience.

As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high‑performing region that includes both Direct (Red) stores and Franchise Partner locations. This role requires a strategic leader who achieves success through building strong relationships, inspiring teams, and driving results through influence.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping customer experience, driving commercial performance, and ensuring operational excellence across all stores in your region. The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading and coaching company owned store teams in addition to owning the Franchise Partner relationship – always leading by example and championing our values.

• Prior experience of leading, developing and coaching a team of direct reports
• Understanding of commercial drivers with the ability to analyse and interpret data to inform decisions
• Ability to build strong relationships and effectively manage a diverse range of stakeholders
• Prior experience of proactively adapting to change, with the ability to take initiative in a fast‑paced setting
• Understanding of Retail Operations landscape, with knowledge and understanding of the standards and compliance requirements set by the FCA
• Valid UK driving license, with the flexibility to travel across multiple site locations as required
