• Proven experience in leadership development and coaching in fast-paced environments.
• A strong track record of influencing and embedding coaching cultures.
• Strong business and commercial acumen with a results-focused mindset
• Excellent communication, organisational skills, and the ability to self-start.
• Passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams.
