In this senior leadership position, you will serve as a vital strategic partner to stakeholders across various regions, driving marketing excellence for complex, multi-market initiatives. You will guide brand direction, oversee campaign execution, and champion integrated marketing initiatives that resonate globally. This role demands a strategic thinker who can quickly assimilate into a fast-paced environment, providing senior oversight rather than day-to-day tactical execution.
You will play a crucial role in shaping global programs, from core messaging rollouts to comprehensive digital campaigns and brand evolution strategies, ensuring alignment and impact across diverse teams and time zones.
This is a 3-month contract with the potential for conversion, offering an immediate chance to make a significant impact. You will be required to travel cross boarders 3-4x /year.
Key Responsibilities- Provide senior strategic leadership for global brand initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders across regions.
- Guide the development and execution of integrated, digital-led campaigns.
- Oversee campaign planning from concept through delivery.
- Ensure financial oversight, scope management, and operational excellence.
- Align cross-functional teams across time zones, fostering seamless collaboration.
- Identify growth opportunities and proactively solve complex client challenges.
- Min. 8 years of experience within the healthcare, pharma or life sciences sector, preferably in-house.
- Strong global and EU market exposure.
- Deep expertise in digital and integrated advertising.
- Strong commercial acumen and budget oversight experience.
- Strategic thinker with strong critical reasoning skills.
- Confidence operating at a senior client level.
- Ability to ramp up quickly and effectively manage ambiguity.
- Experience leading cross-functional and remote teams.
- Prior experience with global healthcare client accounts.
