Head of Executive

A fast-scaling global Fin Tech is seeking an Executive Compensation Lead to play a pivotal role in managing NED, Board, and Senior Leadership remuneration. The role reports directly to the Global Head of Reward and requires working closely with senior stakeholders and external advisors to ensure executive compensation strategies are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the company's mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing executive compensation programs, including base salary and equity-based plans for senior leaders, and conducting benchmarking and analysis against industry peers.

The Executive Compensation Lead will design and implement compensation strategies for senior leaders, including modelling, analysis, and communication. They will support the company's equity programmes by exploring various delivery models like RSUs, options, and performance-based plans. Additional responsibilities include advising senior leadership and the Board on executive remuneration, leading Rem Co processes, preparing UK and US regulatory submissions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing external vendors, and developing the executive compensation team.

Ideal candidates should have extensive experience in designing and managing regional and global executive compensation policies, particularly in financial services covering UK and US jurisdictions. A strong knowledge of executive compensation principles, excellent analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and proven project management skills are essential.
