The responsibility is to assist the General Manager in running the Ballymena dealership Leading the team to achieve corporate objectives Coordinating the team to develop and implement the business plan Lead the team to succeed, continuously looking for areas to improve performance and refine process to maximise efficiency and effectiveness. Coaching and mentoring the team Effective communication within the business Direct Reports

The Ideal Candidate :
Experience in a Manager / Dealer Principal / Business Manager / Senior Manager position Experience in Motor industry Great team player Driving License required
