Lead and develop a small DC Operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Manage relationships with outsourced administration providers to ensure excellent service delivery and member outcomes. Act as a key escalation point for complex casework, complaints, and operational issues. Monitor service standards, controls, and compliance requirements. Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across the DC function.

Participate in business projects, change initiatives, and system testing activities. Produce and analyse management information to support decision-making.

Essential Criteria :
Strong Defined Contribution pensions administration experience. A strong understanding of pensions legislation and regulatory requirements. Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills. Strong organisational and leadership capabilities. Experience in either mentoring, guiding or managing team members with a desire to move into management This role would be hybrid, 2 days per week, in their London office.
