Monday 05 Jan 2026 08:00 Due to continued success, Wrightbus are currently recruiting for Spray Painters. Hours of work: 3 week rotation 34.5 hours per week Week 1 Monday to Wednesday 06:00-18:00 Week 2 Monday to Wednesday 18:00-06:00 Week 3 Thursday to Saturday 06:00- 18:00

The Role:

Responsible for the marking out and spraying of Basecoat and Direct gloss colours. Responsible for any touch up repairs and small paint repairs, prior to sign-off and vehicle delivery. Responsible for assisting paint preparation i.e., marking up vehicles prior to paint. Responsible for the safe operation of plant, equipment and/or hand tools associated with the paint-preparation & paint processes. Responsible for compliance with the company's Health and Safety policy procedures.

Responsible for undertaking training or retraining associated with the post or the introduction of new working practices. Undertake any other duties conducive with the effective operation of the post. The Requirements Time Served Spray Painter. Or 4 years relevant experience.

Experience of Spray Painting with Preparation knowledge.

Experience with in commercial or car industry. Knowledge of Clear over base and 2 pack paint. Repairs to minor dents. Spot repairs to paintwork Knowledge of templates & marking out vehicles. Good interpersonal skills Willing to undertake training as required An awareness of general Health and Safety rules. Proven ability to be flexible, working overtime and changing shift patterns as required The Benefits:
