£22.59 (PAYE) or £30 (Umbrella)

3‑week rotating shift pattern (34.5 hours per week):

• Week 1:
  Monday – Wednesday, 06:00 – 18:00
• Week 2:
  Monday – Wednesday, 18:00 – 06:00
• Week 3:
  Thursday – Saturday, 06:00 – 18:00

• Marking out and spray painting basecoat and direct gloss colours.
• Carrying out touch‑ups and minor paint repairs prior to vehicle sign‑off and delivery.
• Assisting with paint preparation, including marking up vehicles before painting.
• Safe operation of plant, equipment, and hand tools used in paint preparation and spraying.
• Following company Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Undertaking training or retraining as required.
• Carrying out any other duties necessary to support the role.

• Time‑served Paint Sprayer or minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience in spray painting with strong preparation knowledge.
• Experience in the commercial vehicle or automotive industry.
• Knowledge of clear‑over‑base and 2‑pack paint systems.
• Ability to carry out minor dent repairs and spot paint repairs.
• Experience using templates and marking out vehicles.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to undertake training when required.
• Awareness of general Health & Safety requirements.
• Flexible approach to work, including overtime and shift changes.
