Multiskilled Production Operator

Due to our expansion, we are seeking dedicated and skilled Multi Skilled Production Operators to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidates will possess a diverse skill set, enabling them to operate various machinery and perform multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes and maintaining high-quality standards.

Duties Operate and monitor multiple types of machinery, including forklifts, case packers, sleevers and fillers. Perform setups and adjustments on various types of machines. Conduct basic routine maintenance of your machine and ensure that procedures are followed accurately and that all necessary paperwork is completed. Responsible for ensuring that all machinery and the immediate area around the machinery on your line is maintained to the highest standards of housekeeping and hygiene, in line with regulatory, company and customer requirements.

Responsible for maintaining documentation associated with operations and ensure that all monitoring systems required by the Company are completed accurately in accordance with laid down quality procedures. Using your operational knowledge of the machines and processes, recommend potential operational improvements and make controlled adjustments to equipment to optimise the running efficiency. Experience 2 years previous machine experience dealing with breakdowns, fault finding and changovers.
