The ideal candidate must have over 4 years of hands-on experience and a Level 3 qualification in a relevant field. Responsibilities include ensuring the safe operation of tools, complying with quality standards, and participating in improvement initiatives. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 7am to 5pm with potential overtime on Fridays.
