The Role Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Joiner / Mould Maker to join their established Joinery Team within a busy precast concrete manufacturing environment. This role involves the production of high-quality timber moulds in line with technical drawings and daily production targets. You will work as part of a team to ensure all moulds are manufactured accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with Health & Safety and Quality standards.

This is a hands-on, workshop-based role suited to someone who enjoys working to precise specifications within a structured production setting.

Key Responsibilities Manufacture timber moulds to specification and production plans Interpret and work from technical drawings accurately Select and prepare correct materials for mould construction Operate joinery tools and workshop equipment safely Ensure all moulds meet required quality standards before release Adhere strictly to Health & Safety procedures and PPE requirements Maintain a clean and organised work environment Communicate effectively with team members and Line Manager Contribute positively to achieving daily and weekly production targets
