Production Operative

ob description BSNI have fantastic opportunities for our Manufacturing client based in Ballymena for Production Operatives!

Hours:

6am - 3pm OR 7am - 4pm Flexibility is required to complete overtime on Saturdays Rate of pay: £13 phr - £13.50 phr

Job duties:

To participate in all aspects of the Operational Excellence approach. To operate as part of the team to achieve the adherence to the daily production plan e.g., moulds prepared, all planned products produced, tasks being carried out efficiently etc. To participate in any training as agreed per the plan. To communicate daily with the Team Leader on production progress. Operate machinery products to manufacture to high standards.

Comply to all health and safety procedures. To participate in continue improvement and problem-solving initiative. Ability to work flexibly within the Production department and work within any area required. Candidate requirements:
Minimum 1 years experience in a manufacturing environment Minimum 1 years experience machine operating Strong understanding of health and safety Ability to perform Manual handling and heavy lifting.
