The Role As aProduction Operative, you will play a key role in supporting the manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. The Production Operative will work with automated production equipment, complete quality checks and help maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Duties include:

Operating production machinery and equipment safely. Monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met. Carrying out pre-start and routine equipment checks. Performing quality inspections on finished products. Reporting equipment faults or production issues promptly. Keeping work areas clean and carrying out end-of-shift housekeeping. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the production department. Requirements Previous experience as aProduction Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Factory Operative or Machine Operative is desirable.
