McKeown Fine Foods is renowned for quality and service provided to customers. We currently have a vacancy for a: QUALITY TEAM MEMBER Permanent - Full-time Starting Salary: £37k (excluding bonuses)

The role:

As Quality Team Member you will report directly to management to ensure the manufacturing site is audit ready at all times and aid in maintaining a seamless auditing programme to ensure the highest standard of food safety is met Maintain SOPs for all factory processes Record and monitor relevant KPIs Create and update product specifications Ensure Manufacturing Processes and Food Safety Quality Standards are adhered to Ensure hygiene standards are maintained at the highest level Monitor Factory Production Essential:
Excellent Organisation Skills and attention to detail Excellent Communication Skills Excellent Time Management Skills Excellent IT Skills Previous experience working within FMCG company Excellent knowledge in both the BRC standard and HACCP Practical experience of the audit for BRC Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 8 Third level qualification in Food Safety / Technology Closing Date:
