About you Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment Soldering skills and familiarity with electronic components and PCBAs Excellent manual dexterity and keen attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team Basic computer skills (ECDL or similar desirable) What you'll do Operate production machinery for electronic product assembly Assemble cable looms, mechanical components, and PCBA units with accuracy Perform soldering tasks and support kit preparation Meet daily and weekly production targets while maintaining high quality standards Adhere to health and safety protocols and support LEAN manufacturing initiatives Keep your workstation clean, organised, and safe while supporting various product lines For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
