Bench Joiner

Day Shift: Mon-Thurs 7am-4pm, Fri 6am-2pm

Hourly Rate: dependent on experience

• Structured pay scale in place with the opportunity to progress within the Company.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Interpret technical drawings, cutting lists, and specifications to produce joinery items.
• Assemble kitchen and bathroom wood products using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
• Construct and finish bespoke furniture, cabinetry, doors, and other wooden fittings.
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised workbench and workshop area.
• Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.

Design-led manufacturer of kitchen, bedroom and bathroom furniture for the contract and retail market for over 30 years.

• Similar experience building / constructing units
• Have practical skills for using hand and machine tools
• Ability to perform tasks within health and safety guidelines
