Salary/Benefits
- Competitive hourly rates with overtime paid at time and a half
- Flexibility to work overtime and Saturdays when required is essential
- Standard working hours are Monday-Friday, 5:00am-2:00pm or 6:00am-3:00pm

About you
- Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or agricultural industries (or relevant roles)
- Understanding of Health & Safety at work
- Adaptable with flexible working hours and a positive attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Fluent in written and spoken English
What you'll do
- Operate as part of the team to meet daily production targets, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
- Follow the company's SHEQ safety, health, environment, and quality procedures
- Participate in training programmes and continuous improvement initiatives
- Communicate effectively with the Team Leader regarding production progress
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and safety standards in the workspace
