• Flexibility to work overtime and Saturdays when required is essential
• Standard working hours are Monday-Friday, 5:00am-2:00pm or 6:00am-3:00pm

• Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or agricultural industries (or relevant roles)
• Understanding of Health & Safety at work
• Adaptable with flexible working hours and a positive attitude
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Operate as part of the team to meet daily production targets, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
• Follow the company's SHEQ safety, health, environment, and quality procedures
• Participate in training programmes and continuous improvement initiatives
• Communicate effectively with the Team Leader regarding production progress
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and safety standards in the workspace
